Change log from our Oct. 25 meeting:
Under General Policies section:
Due to working from a previous revision version which was slighly outdated (only for a couple of provison listed here), updated our version to reflect the last "final" version submitted to Board.
Not a substantive change but integates "Member" and "Guest" definitions into one provison.
Provison updated to reflect update:
2. For the purposes of the Golf Rules: A member shall be only the individual listed as a member on the club roster, all others shall be considered nonmembers. Beneficiaries are any individuals who receive privileges at the club by virtual of their relationship to a member. Members with Golf Privileges shall include Regular & Honorary, Super Senior, International, Intermediate members, and any other category of membership granted golfing privileges pursuant these golf rules. A guest is an individual not otherwise a member or beneficiary, and whose play shall be governed by the rules set forth herein.
Replaces:
2. For the purposes of the Golf Rules, a member shall be only the individual listed as a member on the club roster. All others shall be considered nonmembers. Golfing members shall include Regular & Honorary, Super Senior, International, and Intermediate members.
3. As used herein the term "guest" shall be defined as an individual not otherwise a member with golfing privileges at the club, whose play shall be governed by the rules set forth herein. The term "guest" as used herein specifically excludes spouses of existing members.

Deleted provision regarding disallowing passing on of more golfing privileges to beneficiaries.
x. With the exception of participating in limited golfing programs such as Junior Golf or other similar programs, for beneficiaries of members, members may only pass to those individuals golfing privileges that they themselves possess.
Deletion of related provision (rendered unnecessary):
x. Any member of the Junior Legacy program shall be allowed to continue in that program to fruition but future members of this program are subject to the dictates of these rules.
Replaced with the following rule. It may appear to function similarly but this version of the provision explicitly exempts board approved programs such as Junior Legacy. This provision is necessary because in Section D, many of the restrictions that are put on the members are not repeated for each of their beneficiaries. In absence of this rule, a lot of repetition would be required.
8. With the exception of additional golfing privileges explicitly authorized by the Board, beneficiaries of members may not have any additional golfing privileges of those members.
**********************
As the Social Member practice area limitation is eliminated, this makes this provision unnecessary so it is deleted:
x. Prior to the adoption of this section, any Social or Recreational member, or anyone gaining access by virtue of that member, possessing unlimited access to the club’s practice facilities may continue access to those facilities until September 1, 2021. After this date, any such access shall be dictated by the provisions concerning the member’s membership category.
**********************
Following provision proposed during COVID timeframse. Does not appear to needed at this time, so deleted:
Section: I. ELECTRIC CART RULES AND SAFETY PROCEDURES
2. Cart rental fee is based on two riders per cart. If a member elects not to share the cart with another rider, that member shall be charged a premium for the cart fee.

B.14. The golf professional and General Manager are privileged to extend the courtesies of the golf course to other professionals, general managers or Special Invited Guests as determined by the golf professional or General Manager without payment of green fees or cart fees.
